Print a Directory

Choose from the options below to create your personalized Provider Directory. The printed directory is current as of the time of printing. Changes are made on a regular basis to our provider network.

Traveling or Outside our Service Area?

Our provider directory includes providers in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and the following Washington counties: Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Pacific, Skamania, and Wahkiakum.

If you are traveling in or live outside the service areas listed above, use the First Health Provider Directory.

Note: Members who are traveling or live in Alaska and Washington (all counties except Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Pacific, Skamania, and Wahkiakum) will have access to the First Choice Provider Directory in place of First Health.
